No outcomes in the league or cup change any aspect of our Euro qualification. We come in on the second qualifying round of the new diddy cup no matter what.

That’s the problem with your cup final being two rounds before the actual final.

I hope you get gubbed in the Forfarshire Cup and Dewar Shield too. Plastic ****s.

Apart from those outlined above, I have no strong feelings on the matter.

Unless we beat Hibs and the Huns in our last two games and Celtic beat Hibs, in which case we finish third?

Scottish cup winners get the Europa place. We will not even if we do miraculously finish third.

          • "MICKY Mellon insists Hibernian’s second goal at Hampden was so far offside that it should not even factor into the debate on whether Video Assistant Referees should be introduced in Scottish football.
The Dundee United boss is still fuming that Christian Doidge was allowed to put Jack Ross’ team 2-0 up in Saturday’s Scottish Cup semi-final.
The Welshman was clearly two yards ahead of the Tangerines backline as he ran on to Martin Boyle’s pass to score.
            The decision by referee Bobby
Madden and his assistants to award the goal has sparked fresh calls for VAR to be introduced in the Scottish game.
But Mellon insists the officials should have spotted Doidge was well offside without the aid of a replay.
“I think that decision was so bad you didn’t need VAR,” he said. “That’s a linesman’s decision – Doidge is more than a body offside.
“It’s a big, big game, but that didn’t even need VAR. That would have wasted VAR’s time.
“VAR is for borderline, finger-nail stuff. That was a poor decision in a big game that gave us an awful lot to do to try to come back.”
Mellon admits he was left “devastated” as the final whistle killed of hopes of ending his first year at Tannadice with a trophy.
And he knows he needs to give his players time to come to terms with the disappointment too.
“You can’t flick it off and on like a switch,” he said ahead of Wednesday’s Premiership clash with Motherwell. “You need to give them time to recover.”"

**** off you girning Jute prick. "Decisions even themselves out" apparently (aye, right), so just tell that lead-swinging idle shagbag that his big girlie bitch-slap at the ball during our first encounter with your dregs, that he cost you dearly last weekend.

            Wanchors.

            • Nae like you to disagree with the jutes.
He was only a yard an a half offside.
Where he was, of course correct, is that this incident should not be used to introduce that abortion of a system that they have down south.

To be fair, if the officials had correctly disallowed that goal, as they should, then the pikey jute minks would have only have been knocked out of the cup by one goal instead of the 2 goal margin. In such a scenario, come next May, they could have arranged a celebratory anniversary dinner for only losing by one goal again. It would appear the pjms do love celebrating their defeats. I don't think they have been able to complete the clean sweep yet of losing all the tournaments they have entered by one goal - usually get nowhere near second in a league - but what a triumph it would be for them

The timing of the goals makes it even better.

At 1-1, Covid went ahead after two minutes stoppage time, assuming they'd then qualify for the final before Airdrie equalised in the 94th minute, and scored the winner in the first half of extra time.

                        Hud 'at.
