Spotted Paul Wright at Portland Park in Troon today. He appears to be working as assistant manager at Bonnyton Thistle in the West of Scotland league.

Cammy Smith is 26, meaning he was 18 in March 2014. I always assumed they were roughly the same age. Nicky had balls of steel taking the early penalty in the final, like he’d done against Alloa at Pittodrie in an earlier round. Fearless.

I remember Cammy bossing the televised quarter final v Falkirk (and scoring) that season and thought he’d be an important player for us.

Correction, Nicky Low was only 22 in 2014 and left us at 23 in 2015. And that was 7 years ago. Every time I blink it’s another Monday morning.
