I'd say he is a better bet for them than Graeme Potter, who is openly touting himself for the job.Originally posted by swaddon2 View PostWait until they see his recent form as manager at Aberdeen, they'll soon look elsewhere.
You never know, with his Wife and Kids still in Sweden, it may tempt him back, if there are any truth in the rumours.
Despite our results, I still have faith in Jimmy and hope we see him at Pittodrie for a while longer.

The bigger problem that we have RJ is dave fkn wanna be a yank cormack and his ego will never admit that yet again him and his mates fkd up with the appointment of another manager.
I know I started the Neil Lennon "campaign" on here merely to try and get a bit of banter going and get some bites (which it certainly did
)
But looking back and all joking aside IF we had appointed Neil Lennon in March 2021 instead of Glass then for sure 100% we would not find ourselves in the sh1t show that we are in today.
Hind sight and all that is a great thing but I doubt that anyone can argue with that statement.
Thelin has to go it's as simple as that he has had multiple sackable offences but continues to survive them all.
He just has to be binned or we are well and truly fkd and championship football next season is a real possibility

The stats from this season are truly horrendous. We've played 15 games and from those 15 we've.....
Lost 10, Drawn 2, Won 3 with a GD of -12 from 25 conceded against 13 scored.
We've failed to score in 9 of those 15 games and have been knocked out of the League Cup, the Europa League, currently occupy bottom spot in the 36 team Conference League and we're 11th in the SPFL after 9 games.
Lets be honest and hold our hands up that the GD could actually be a lot worse considering Hibs could've scored another couple and AEK could very easily have had another few on top of the 6 that they got.
We should've been massively pushing on after the Scottish Cup win last season but as it is that result was merely a freak one in the continuation of terrible performances and results which started almost 12 months ago.
Jimmy has an overall record of.....
Played 65, won 29, drawn 10, lost 26 with a GD of -3 coming from 97 goals conceded and 94 goals scored.
I'd wager that this record will only continue to get worse and worse as the matches continue and he needs replaced before the goodwill attached to his name due to the cup win is eroded completely.

This is fairly straightforward to me. Jimmy has the option of not setting the team up to get pumped every week & chooses not to. If he won’t change then the results mean we have to change him
Just dont let Dave get involved in picking his replacement

Septic have Brenda?s Honda Civic going cheap if Lutz needs a company car - very low mileage with one careful lady owner - a new clutch and it?s as good as new.Originally posted by swaddon2 View PostFae the Daily Record:
"Jimmy Thelin's job as Aberdeen manager is safe, with newly appointed sporting director Lutz Pfannenstiel's first job being to help the Swede improve results rather than sack him."

The club should have listened to my advice yet again regarding keeping the position of manager to these incompetent individuals who struggle to get the Dons back to being a decent team.
I believe it isnt actually a difficult job. They look for the wrong type of individual to try and bring a new light to the club. All they do is constantly dim any light we had from years gone by.
I am also beginning to have doubts about the credibility of Lutz. What a time to get a decent manager in. Its making the club look really unprofessional. It probably suits a lot of people at the club though they definitely lack professionalism.
