She gives pig ugly a bad name.. Should be arrested just for that.
I wonder what would happen if the intended recipient was David Lammey or someone of that ilk?

Wow! Maybe you think we should reintroduce the witches’ ducking stool for good measure seeing as she looks a bit weird.

What exactly is David Lammey’s ‘ilk’ then, Angry?

Seems it’s been decided she has a case to answer. I actually think the limit of Baker’s andBrand’s punishments should have been to be widely called out for being insensitive tw*ts but the inconsistency is my issue. Note that I’ve not found her funny for twenty years and never called for her head before.

I am light about it. Unfortunately not many idiots are.
                Ask Jo Cox's husband.

Has she replaced battery acid, with cat ****. I'd have seen the funny side as it doesn't tend to ruin your life when thrown all over you.

                • Its standard satire these days, not funny or subtle, lacking critical thought. But ultimately, funny or not (I feel the latter), its just a comedian making a bad joke on the spot, we all make mistakes. Its enough to get sacked for mind.

                  Anyway, BoJo to the rescue!

It was a prerecorded show, not so much on the spot.. The BBC knowingly aired it.. Brands fault or the BBC left wing agenda?

To be honest, I don’t give a toss what people say. I personally don’t find her funny but the minute we start censoring comedy, it’s a slippery slope. Saying that there is comedy and comedy and some ‘comedians’ just use it as an excuse to get their own political message across..
Personally I think she should be put down or be disfigured in some way.. That was a joke by the way, so I am guessing okay..

                      • I think it's a bit late to disfigure her, Angry, someone has beaten you to it. Just a joke, like.

                        • Don't you just love the French?

Why we bothered, I'll never know.

FRENCH supermarket giant Carrefour has landed in hot water after the “appalling” decision to omit the UK entirely from a D-day map imprinted on a limited edition anniversary bag.

If true - and it is only in the Express - then this seems like an example of pitifully childish behaviour which Carrefour should be ashamed of.
Having said that it is only Carrefour...not ‘the French’. Can’t remember an example of Tesco being held up as the voice of the nation and if you don’t know ‘why we bothered’ - whoever ‘we’ is because it certainly wasn’t you or I - then I think you’ve seriously missed the point.

                            • “We” involves the British people and our family. I had one grandad served in France in the first tank battle. Another was wounded at Dunkirk. So you are wrong “We” went out the way twice to keep France a sovereign nation. I don’t care if the corner shop did it. It’s disrespectful. For your information the French flag marking their landing contained less than 200 French troops, then ignores the 22 000 Brits alongside them. But ask DeGuelle about that. He was a miserable ungrateful ******* as well.

‘We’ all have stories of parents and grandparents who suffered in the wars, Tricky, but is there really any point in dragging up the actions of someone who relinquished power sixty years ago and has been dead for almost half a century?
I agree with you...Carrefour have been very disrespectful. That undoubtedly suits your agenda however it is just one French supermarket chain, not ‘the French’.
