Amazingly none of the hawk eye posters on TDB have noticed that Nelms’s PPIP ‘on steroids’ application is not on the agenda for the Dundee City Council Planning committee meeting on Monday 8th December 2025.
According to the Dundee City Council website their next planning committee meeting is timetabled to be held on 12th January 2026.

The DSA believe everything Nelms tells is gospel instead of doing their own homework.

There is nothing to prevent Nelms submitting his PPIP to Dundee City Council Planning Committee even if Transport Scotland and Police Scotland submit their own objections.
Then it would be up the members of Dundee City Council Planning Committee to vote in favour of it or not.
However it is very likely that the DCC Planning Committee members would reject it as statutory consultees namely Transport Scotland and Police Scotland have objected to the planning application in its current form.

Nelms was telling DSA they were confident.

Dosent tell the wider DFC support obviously at risk of being ridiculed and called oot.

He thinks he's jR Ewing.....he's about as influential as JR ****ing Hartley.
