Amazingly none of the hawk eye posters on TDB have noticed that Nelms’s PPIP ‘on steroids’ application is not on the agenda for the Dundee City Council Planning committee meeting on Monday 8th December 2025.Originally posted by Returnofrros View PostNSD +94
He might have to send out comical Ali.....I mean the DSA to tell everyone it's imminent.
Remember the tanks behind him well the bulldozers will be knocking Doon Dens, hoses and other assorted **** cleared and DSA will be standing there with the megaphone " it's imminent"
According to the Dundee City Council website their next planning committee meeting is timetabled to be held on 12th January 2026.

The DSA believe everything Nelms tells is gospel instead of doing their own homework.Originally posted by Returnofrros View PostNSD +94

There is nothing to prevent Nelms submitting his PPIP to Dundee City Council Planning Committee even if Transport Scotland and Police Scotland submit their own objections.Originally posted by Returnofrros View PostHe can't even get it to PIP to get a no.
Spades in the ground.....7 years ago.
Then it would be up the members of Dundee City Council Planning Committee to vote in favour of it or not.
However it is very likely that the DCC Planning Committee members would reject it as statutory consultees namely Transport Scotland and Police Scotland have objected to the planning application in its current form.

Have to say though Islay that the public eye is the last place John Nelms wants to be. That's why he likes to have so many yes men around him, to take the heat.Originally posted by islaydarkblue View PostContinually delaying the submission of the PPIP to the Dundee City Council Planning Committee keeps Nelms in the public eye.
