  • Dundee FC don't even own a stadium! They don't have any assets at all. Ok maybe a lawnmower.
Dundee United own Tannadice and an impressive training facility.

Another measurement that demonstrates we're a bigger club.

I can't think of any measurement that could suggest they are of equal size.

Yes, using your logic if we have 50 years of abject failure things might change....😎

    • Average league winning season, 11,133, so 88-89 season looks the best, over 12,000.

The early league cup matches were still restricted then both clubs had their first home league match restricted but after that the restrictions were lifted for the entire season .
Didn't we play sevco at Tannadice with a restricted attendance?

        • It's funny to think that as recently(?) as the 80s gates of just 20,000 were the norm at Parkhead & Ibrox. Was it a bigot-fest in the ensuing 40 years?

By "impressive training facility", do you mean Gussie Park?

            • Look, you’re all making this far too over complicated, so let’s just keep it simple -

              BIG

              wee

              Okay?

              • According to the local paper "as many as 6000" United fans were expected at Hampden in 1974. Several dogs invaded the pitch at that game.

That was just the bottles thrown between both sets of fans. Add in in the cans and it was nearer 10000

Celtic fans fighting amongst themselves in the Celtic end according to the report. You see the dogs on the pitch on YouTube.

I was there, standing close to the fence separating the fans. Around about half time I think it was, some United fans started singing the Sash. It didn't go well.

Yeah, United fans in a section of the Rangers end. Over 70,000 at the game.

How many were at the game for Sean Dillon a silver kisser as Shedka would put him , I think it was slightly less but never the less still less than Cammys has last night
