When you look at that first half we were pretty dominant physically and pressed them.

Second half Emery changed his game plan to the basic 442 and went more direct and it reaped the rewards for them .

Soon as they went in front I knew our only way of getting back in the game would be from a corner or free kick .

Basically Emery outthought Farke pretty easily which has happened quite a lot in his time with us .

Farke is simply not good enough for this level but who replaces him is the 1 million dollar question.

Last season Joffy got no realistic game time with us but played regularly this year he has 8 goals and 2 assists from 16 games.

Cresswell goes from strength to strength in France - still not sure what he did wrong other than have strong opinions.

The board seem to have some form of confirmation bias going on.

Farke has said we need 9 wins and 12 draws to stay up and 38 points is the goal (surely you would aim higher).

After 12 games we have 3 wins and 2 draws and it will probably read the same after 15 games. Assuming we can start getting results again and using the 12 game data then on that trend line we will have 9 wins and 6 draws after 36 games and after 38 9.5 wins and 6..33 draws which equates to just under 35 points.

On what planet does the board think we are staying up if that continues when the grand for the last 6 games is that we are getting worse and not better.

To take a phrase from over the pond - seems like a Hail Mary strategy.
