Not bothered what disgenuine folks say as overcoming my illness taught me to keep a positive mindset which creates high resilience to any negativity that may come my way, nowadays.

Gotta admit 'tho, while certain beach lifestyle choices & skincare products can influence the appearance of my lips by keeping them hydrated & smooth, the underlying large size of my lips is primarily a result of genetics enhanced by the latest fad of a creamy lip-liner pencil which stops the dreaded smudges us girls worry about, so the chosen colour stays on ones lips all day & in my case is slightly applied over the lips onto surrounding skin too for the Bardot look. 🤣

So there yer go mate football, mental health & lippy tips in one thread - what more do folks want on a respected forum.

Top tip Klix, line your lips then apply colour & hey presto natural enhanced lips without Trout-pout invasive surgery & no mess on your partners shirt collars when getting 'jiggy'.




Alternatively if you wanna have even fatter lips then see my Mum & she will oblige with an array of left & right hooks followed by delivering a precision aimed straight right onto your chops. 🤗

Seems some movement out the door. Greenwood done and Schmidt supposed to be off to Bremen.

Ramanazani looks like being loaned out - still don’t get that.

We’ve seen the worst of Farke’s style of management this week (accepting there can be high pints too).

Against Arsenal he got the starting 11 and tactics wrong and then waited too late to change anything. Against PL quality that will cost us a lot of points against teams worse than Arsenal.

Against the Owls it was the risk free football we played at times that stifled the gulf in class. We had some good changes in the last 15 to 20 minutes but for the previous 70 it was largely keep ball with no cutting edge.


I think at one point t we had 87% possession but without any real attacking intent.

It seems the system and retaining possession is king. Individual brilliance is not really valued despite the fact in season 1 often the get out jail card was to give the ball to Georgie or Summerville and rely on a moment of individual brilliance.

Once more a young player with talent looks to be put the door. Why would any talented young player want to come to us in the future?

Doesn't matter how you look at it we are doomed so is Sunderland all the money they also splashed getting the budget players we wanted, but overspent.
