Asking for a friend but is the Durham PCC a Labour Party member?

I'm sure that's true about some of them, but that's a separate issue. Are you seriously denying that the Covid rules were repeatedly and deliberately broken inside 10 Downing Street? And denying that Boris knowingly lied to parliament by insisting they were followed at all times?

If you are, give shout to Magpies1959. His head might be buried in the bit of sand near you.

I find that very hard to believe.

        You really have a friend?

            • We know how impartial the police are, when arresting Tommy Robinson, and pepper spraying him, for doing fcuk all, it only took about 20 of them, that's quite an expensive arrest, when they all have fill the mountains of paperwork together, back at the station, to make sure their lies add up.
EP you would know all about blinkers, being a horse racing fan, but just occasionally, it would be nice if you took them off once in a while.

Irony or what? You remind me of how a group of Forest fans viewed the Hillsborough tragedy. Some of them still say "we saw a load of drunk Liverpool fans on the way to the game, so we know what really happened". Despite the very lengthy Taylor report which stated 'Taylor concluded firmly that police mismanagement of the crowd had caused the disaster, those Forest fans won't believe a word of it. They know better, because they "know what really happened". Just like you, they bury their head in the sand and ignore the welter of evidence that disagrees.

And when you cite Tommy Robinson as an innocent victim, you do my job for me.

I think we are on a lot of things, but not this one.

I'm not but what I am saying is Starmer should also have been fined for a clear breach of the rules but because he didn't set the rules the Police were not interested when it was clear to see he had. The Police tend to turn a blind eye when it suits, funny that.

I know the police aren't exactly consistent, but they saw it as a work event like they did for many of the events they investigated that happened at Number 10 and took no further action. I think refreshments at a long work event are understandable, but not when alcohol is involved.

                      • EP just watch the footage of how Tommy Robinson was treated by a thick as pig sh1t copper. With phones and cameras recording the event, the tw*t of a copper wanted Robinson's address, how stupid or ignorant was that, which would have potentially put him and his family in danger.
Robinson did nothing to warrant being frog marched along the streets of London, by a that many police. I noticed there was not a rainbow hat or garland in sight.
I think it might be you burying your head in the sand, either through ignorance or stupidity.

Tommy Robinson was asked to leave by the police as they thought his presence compromised security. He refused, so he was forcibly removed. Were you actually there to know different?

He seems to be a bit of a hero to you, but not to me due to his criminal history. Defend him until you are blue in the face by all means, I think it will give other posters a clear insight as to how your mind works.

The blokes a complete tool, he went for one reason to cause trouble and to get arrested for publicity.

                            • I thought it was just the BBC which was biased, but no it turns out it’s also the police, the civil service, the courts, lefty lawyers, universities(especially the one that Jackal went to, but he had the last laugh hehehe) the national trust, and the RNLI.

Thank goodness for Tommy Robinson, aka Stephen Yaxley-Lennon for standing up for those goood old British values of racism, Islamophobia, assaulting policemen, football hooliganism, assaulting someone else, inciting terrorism, and conning his gullible followers. I can’t believe the coppers nicked him again, he didn’t do anything!
