We used to have 'In Dave we trust'. Now, however feel the blue runs through your veins, can anyone honestly say they trust Johnson to tell the truth? Being reported that Jack Doyle offered to resign but Johnson refused to accept it. Now why would someone resign over a party that didn't exist?

It's not really about a party, it's the continual lying about everything, together with being willing to do anything to save your mates, and more importantly, to save Johnson.

Watched HIGNFY tonight and was left wondering, 'However has it come to this?'. We must be the laughing stock of the world.

Not so sure on that, because the recent polls will lead to some very squeaky bums on the Tory back benches, and the rank and file MPs won't take kindly to their position being under threat. When that happened years ago they had no hesitation in telling Thatcher that it was time to go, I don't why it should be any different with this clown.

The 1922 committee are fairly ruthless and won't hesitate to get rid of Boris if they feel threatened.

If it was a straight choice between Labour and Conservative (which it probably would be) then I would reluctantly vote Conservative.

Looks like my local Tory MP would rebel against vax passports, in which case I would vote Tory if there was an election in the coming months, unless there's some other party who come to the fore opposing public health tyranny.

I would do what I did last time. I would look at the betting, and my vote would go to the candidate most likely to keep the Tory out. They could represent Labour, Lib Dem, Green, Independent etc. I would only draw the line if they represented a right wing party like UKIP or Brexit, then I would probably write 'NONE OF THE ABOVE' on my ballot paper. If I had a vote in the North Shropshire by-election on Thursday, my cross would definitely be placed in the Lib Dem candidate's box.

I certainly could not bring myself to vote for the Tories however, I don’t think I could vote for Labour either. Looks like I would have to abstain or do a protest vote. (Protests seem quite popular on this forum at the moment)

None of them, and that's the problem. In my time as a voter, realistically it's always been one or the other. Probably for the first time in my life I want to look elsewhere. I'm not saying there are better options out there, but if there were they would find it bloody hard to be elected because so many are entrenched in the two party option. I think that was proved at the last election.

Partly explained above. If there was an election soon, I would base my vote on gut feeling rather than any manifesto promises. If there wasn't a Tory candidate, I would have to see what the alternatives were.
