No doubt, very little will happen.Hamshaw's budget has been further reduced.Probably been told he can spend a fraction of the money that he generates himself, by selling our best players. One step forward and three steps back. This club is grossly mismanaged with no sign of correcting the mess we are in,The club appointed MH,because nobody else would come and work under these extremely tight budgets, even though fans' season ticket renewals are by far the highest in this league.TOTALLY SCANDALOUS !!!!!!!!!

Luton, Stockport and Burton are more expensive than ours.Originally posted by MillerBill View PostNo doubt, very little will happen.Hamshaw's budget has been further reduced.Probably been told he can spend a fraction of the money that he generates himself, by selling our best players.

The people that run the club have no intention of doing what is needed to keep us in L1, MH will be their scapegoat when the time is right. Minimal input in players coming in and it will be late in the window with the normal excuses, starting when PD does his interview. I don?t think MH is actually capable of keeping us up even if we brought in 11 new players, so you could argue that the owners are not throwing good money after bad. I expect players to go out to balance the books because now in my opinion it is all about young Stewart minimizing the impact on his inheritance which you can?t blame him for, but I am just an old cynic. I would suspect MH knows this and I am surprised he is keeping his head down and letting himself be setup to take the blame. We will see what is said on Radio Wednesday and what happens over the next few weeks.

The big if is if young Stewart wants the hassle of running the club.Originally posted by Derbymiller View PostThe people that run the club have no intention of doing what is needed to keep us in L1, MH will be their scapegoat when the time is right. Its pretty obvious he doesnt. What I dont understand is why TS doesnt come out and make it clear he wants out. Does he think that we will be more marketable in division 2? Its a strange old approach.Originally posted by frogmiller View PostThe big if is if young Stewart wants the hassle of running the club.
My contacts at the club have said that communications between the Board and MH are sporadic and MH has little idea as to what is happening. So, when you said on an earlier post that work has already happen re the January transfer window, I suspect that mean MH has a list of players he wants but there has been little or no response from the Board allowing them to progress things. That can be the only explanation in my view - it is clear there are deals to be done.

Look, a list has been drawn up as it will have been for every club. Some people have been chatting about 2 players from Sheffield United coming in. They were deals ready to be signed. There are others that have been lined up yet none of them have been signed off by the club.Originally posted by NorthWestCorner View PostIts pretty obvious he doesnt. That list will also change with the list of players that become available.
If you gave MH the choice he would have had those players in on the 1st or 2nd of Jan so they could have played today.
I was in the lounge on New Year?s Day with my wife. It was said that along withers not being there neither was Paul Douglas.
In the interview MH said when asked that he would hope to be able to bring players in.
Still I will not tell what I have been told but others know and are starting to say. The information is coming out.
I believe that young Stewart said that the playing budget has been cut to ?4.5m which is on par to what Ronnie Moore had in the championship years ago.
Someone said that MH is being made a scapegoat!

Years ago I had a great job but the company got bought after a few months it became clear they were not going to run it in line with my personal values so I resigned and left. Had a few months gardening leave and got another position elsewhere. If MH loves the club as he says, then standing and watching the people destroy it and take it down to L2 by the way it is being run is strange. Resign, he will be on a notice period he has the payout from Derby and tell the people what he knows and is happening, as long as he hasn’t already signed a NDA which would be silly to do when you take a job (as it inhibits whistleblowing) he is entitled to tell his story. Such action will create more trouble for the Stewart’s and make it harder to sell for the money they want, I would be very surprised if TS wants a negative legacy. All this is based on what others refer to as ongoing issues at the club, I have no knowledge of that. The fact the bookies flagged us up for relegation around the time we were doing our 9 game run suggests that things from staff, players and agents were being leaked out from the club, the bookies have many sources. No idea why TS thinks going to L2 is good for him financially but they do not seem to care

Regardless of any NDA there is no manager I doubt that there would be or should be a manager who would be foolish enough to slag off his employer if he wants one of only 92 jobs available to him.Originally posted by Derbymiller View PostYears ago I had a great job but the company got bought after a few months it became clear they were not going to run it in line with my personal values so I resigned and left. I had a mate who worked for the company at the same time. He told me that the rest of the staff didn't like the way you were running the department and gave an ultimatum. Either he goes or we do. The management didn't have an option but to put you on garden leave whilst the dust settled.Originally posted by Derbymiller View PostYears ago I had a great job but the company got bought after a few months it became clear they were not going to run it in line with my personal values so I resigned and left. Whilst all the above is bullshine. This is why people shouldn't post opinions or theories online and post them as gospel.

I don?t believe anyone knows anything it?s just bull****. Especially when they say I won?t tell you how I know. It?s just waffle. If people in the club are telling people who post on here then they need sacking and I very much doubt they are that stupid.Originally posted by caytonmiller View PostI had a mate who worked for the company at the same time.
