    We need a keeper.
We need a good defence because of the above.
We need all the better players fit.
Which is all a big ask.

Who's job is that? Its time to face the truth and stop harping on about last season. Remember, SE may have failed last year but he had great success before.

What will your man's legacy be?

For me, we don't look a team, we don't look committed, we look slow to the second ball, we lack belief and confidence, our set pieces are awful the bottom line is we are not a very good L1 team we are in the bottom group trying to stay up and there is little we are seeing that makes me think we will stay up.
MH talks about the home record, yes it looks ok, but last season can't count for points this year, it is gone. We struggled against 10 men, then threw away a lead against a mediocre mid-table team and only just survived against Exeter due to a linesman flag.
as for the "if we didn't have injuries....." that is the last bastion of a fool, we do have injuries and our manager believes it is down to the supernatural, but i know i won't get a lot of support on here for that.
I hope he gets this sorted because relegation for us is a major disaster and shows the custodians of our club haven't got a clue

What the heck happened at half-time? Could have gone in 2 or 3 up.
Conceded from our own goal-kick and a penalty that wouldn't be given in most games. Once behind it was inevitable that we wouldn't come back
I've defended Dawson, but he needs to be taken out of the firing line. Injuries have bitten deep, and sadly it seems when we get the players back it will be to fight a relegation battle.

Low quality game between 2 poor sides.

We will have to be much much getter to get something against Stockport next week.

He played for reserves last week.

Seen enough of the side for a start shouldn't have kept Kayode & J Holmes. Thought you signed out of contract players when the transfer window had ended we did it in reverse but can't see what Benson & Yearwood bring to the side. Not sold on Kaleta. T Holmes Etete hardly played previous to being loaned out here. Sherif no EFL experience. That's not recruitment we needed.

I didn't see the game yesterday, so can't comment on our general play.

However, I did watch the highlights. Dawson made a good save when their lad went clean through but where the hell was he for the cross which led to the penalty? There was another cross before that where he seemed to come and then he went back, leaving James to deal with it. That was a mess. I'd like to see Cann given a chance but I don't think Hamshaw will drop Dawson.

Hope McWilliams isn't badly injured. I hear it was precautionary that he came off. Although the lad does seem to pick up niggles quite ofter doesn't he.

                        Oh well, here goes.

I thought there were some passages of play yesterday that give hope for the future. Good in the first half, we lost the plot at the start of

the second when they changed formation. We took a little too long to respond, but did so when subs were made.

Gore is looking better in a slightly deeper role, and McWilliams (much berated on here) was good until he had to be replaced.

Baptiste did well in his first start, giving optimism that the back line could be quite strong when we are at full strength and Jules can be rested.

We lost to a penalty. Don't understand the abundant over-reaction from some 'fans'.

                          We lost to a penalty.

                          Our main players are injured.

                          We are in transition.

                          Hamshaw will need time.

We are reducing the wage bill.

We are lowering the age of the squad.

All excuses. We are not doing well enough, we are going down. This is a poor division and we are one of the worst sides in it.

This young side will be inconsistent.
We looked very good last week as along with Holmes a few of the other senior players turned up and carried the youngsters through the game. This week no Holmes and the senior players going missing the youngsters looked lost
90 % of the injured players would start so only a fool would panic at this stage and say we're going down.
                            Any takers?

The club is in transition apparently.
The fans are too can’t make there mind up wether to support the team or pile on to criticise.

Sorry, I missed ?this is a young side so we will be inconsistent? and ? we will be ok once the experience players are fit again (including those we have seen once and happened to have a good game so we have pinned out entire hopes on)?

                                Any takers?
