So what basis would you make that judgement on in a "who to save" scenario such as MA's Dutch doctors almost found themselves in? Its easy to be dismissive of an "economic solution" when you have no alternative selection process. Please dont cop out by saying "save them all" because that isnt an option in this game of morlity
