Will SM take us to promotion?

I don?t know who heads up the role of Montague yes he must have done a good job but he isn?t or shouldn?t be bullet proof either I?m not asking him to be interviewed every week but once in a while front up and take some responsibility for the players you bought in.

I rather think that the good job he has done is with a view to the 1st XI and he was under restraint for the rest? For good or bad there is a definite sliding cash scale.
