However true or not the second SE era is history and the new managerial team needs to find an alternative way to build a squad and to get a consistency we’ve lacked since the Warne departure. Personally I would like to see a bigger emphasis on younger players. The old warhorse approach doesn’t seem to work for us and also gives us higher wage bills.
