I stand to be corrected (as always) but it may be that she gave part of her speech in Urdu to reflect her heritage and the makeup of the Rotherham population but I?m not convinced that?s a hanging offence or even an issue.

You say that one of her chosen charities seems to dismiss the massive issue in the town. How does that work? There are a host of charities that touch upon issues within the town. Does favouring one that she might have an insight into mean that she is dismissing every other cause? Clearly not.

Well if you are correct about part of her speech, how much of the speech does it have to be to be fact?

Rotherham has a major issue with white girls getting raped/physically/mentally attacked. 25% of her chosen charities are aimed at women suffering from this but not white women/children.

She is the mayor of Rotherham.

She?s chosen Rotherham hospice as well. That?s one that will resonate with the people of Rotherham.
