What rubbish!
As much as I think, this is becoming sillier each year, with gays demanding everything under the sun, this one takes the biscuit.
A private members Bill I gather is to be ranked with the intent to criminalize gay chants at footy matches.

'Section three of the existing act states that "it is an offence to engage or take part in chanting of an indecent or racialist nature at a designated football match.

There is a definition of "racialist" - described as "threatening, abusive or insulting to a person by reason of his colour, race, nationality (including citizenship) or ethnic or national origins".

But there is no definition of what is "indecent", so determining whether something is indecent is considered on a case-by-case basis." (c/o BBC News website)

So what we have is basically up to what they think is indecent.

Whilst I don't disagree that any racist, threatening, downright abusive language and yes indecent chanting should be taken up by prosecution, we cannot have gays decide what they feel like including.

And why is it really an issue, I don't think people go to games with an anti gay agenda and I don't think many gays actually go to matches. Even those that do, they are not targetted and basically I don't see fans going out their way to done out or single out a gay player.

Meanwhile Mr Thomas is using his own personal experience (see link; https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/amp/uk-wa...itics-44577213) to demand passage.

But why should the public be blamed for his own inadequacies and what did he expect his wife to do when he came out?

I dunno with all this gay movement. Stop whining and go and do your own things. Stop playing the victim card.
Why even bother to declare to the whole world your 'coming out?' it's your personal thing, keep it to your friends and family.
