Who knows? Its all conjecture and hoping for the best! We don't currently have the level of infection that France and Italy have, also Italy has a much older population which could explain the higher death rate.

Its most likely within the community in the Uk anyway, apparently you can be infected for up to 5 days without symptoms, by which time you may have infected a score of other people who infect others and so on.

Still no clear understanding as to how many more people are dying than would usually do so at this time of year, so again difficult to gauge overall effect.
