I don't think that any health system is prepared. How unprepared we are will be clearer in the coming months and years.

Asking the question is fine. Asking it with a mind closed by political prejudice isn't. Asking it at the moment isn't particularly helpful.

Could health systems or at least some aspects of health systems be better prepared given the warnings this would happen?
