I don’t know why you think that you get little consideration, you always come across as a reasonable bloke to me. As for the lockdown, I will be surprised if the R rate is below 1 in two weeks time. Also, if restrictions are lifted prior to Christmas then with all the socialising that will occur, the infection rate will lurch upwards once again. What then, another lockdown in the New Year? Lockdowns just seem to kick the can down the road but I suppose it’s really all about stopping hospitals being overwhelmed. Is there really no other way?
