I agree.

I don’t see the point in wasting money sacking the manager and invariably his support staff, bringing in a new management team at whatever cost where there is no further guarantees of achieving promotion.
I urge any who thinks differently to contact the owners and offer to cover this cost with the provision that they get there money back if we are promoted.
Given that some on here believe Ardley to be on north of 100k per year, then that’s an initial outlay of 50k plus on one person to take a risk on the next man achieving promotion.
