He didn't fail in season two when we finished 3rd and lost in the final. Season 3 we won't ever know but it was underwhelming until he left. Playoffs very likely, promotion unlikely is my take but that's just an opinion, not fact

The whole debate is linked to what someone else has already mentioned, some people can't get over being relegated to NL and choose to blame 1 man and one many only. Most blame multiple persons.

For well over a year you openly mocked and ridiculed anyone who dared to criticise your idol (and back then he definitely was your idol), now you have switched sides to 'all in' on Burchnall. Never once have you said "maybe my total faith in Neal Ardley was a bit misplaced".
