It's only a short few weeks ago on this board that we couldn't understand why chieo, decided to keep on his feet against Barnsley, when he was clearly fouled in the penalty area, and even though he stayed up, he lost a bit of momentum and had to get back on balance, and to coin the Stephen Warnock phrase had he gone down "He made the most of it, but he's got every right to " score that penalty and as it stood we stay up, or would you say because chieo stayed on his feet it wasn't a foul?
