We'll make the play-offs thanks to the easy run-in, but we need to see something in these tougher matches that Notts are capable of winning away from home against promotion rivals. Grimsby away is still the only victory against a top 13 side on the road

We’ve brought a rolling pin to the gunfight of the er fifth tier promotion chase this season.

Captain Wootton a bloke who goes missing more times than me when it’s my round sums the situation up quite well

Maybe that's exactly what's needed. We don't see inside the dressing room but both Ardley and Burchnall have seemed to be very calm, analytical coaches - which at times is a good thing - but sometimes as a manager you need to get nasty and hold players to account, otherwise you get what we appear to be - a 'nice' team rather than outright winners. If we can add some devil and determination to the skill we've got, we'll be able to match teams like Stockport, and I think it's as much about attitude and mindset as personnel, even though we do need to recruit a couple of bruisers when we can.

Lol, that's sums up his last 3 months contribution perfectly. At least Mitchell keeps plugging away and was a little unlucky against Wrexham.

Same old story Stockport just have to keep putting long high balls into the box and it will be about 3-0 me thinks.

I can't see me watching much more of this this season. It's a waste of money.
Would've been over at half time of it wasn't for Jaros. 3 great saves , And how did Richardson miss?
Jaros only one with any credit first half

4 year contract though so won't go, too expensive. Our owners deserve credit for saving us but they have been virtually invisible this season which is very disappointing.
