Even after 30 years of season tickets in the Main/Derek Pavis Stand I've never viewed buying a season ticket as putting my money where my mouth is. I called it (financially) supporting the club and wanting to watch games whilst living in Nottinghamshire.

For me putting your money where your mouth is when you for example you put a bet on at the start of the season that a side will get promoted, relegated or finish top 7. But each to their own.

You've mentioned quite a few times about lowering the bar. Who exactly?
