Yes I thought about Cooper too. I think people are getting too wrapped up with it being a Head Coach role, as I said some managers may well be happy with relinquishing being in charge of recruitment and vice versa some talented coaches may not apply if they have to get involved in it, if they just want to coach and develop. The important thing obviously is we get the right person, it worked for FGR, I just want someone who is talented and can lead the team.Originally Posted by jacobncfc
