It's about good will. Make the people who wouldn't go to ground before because they want to be with friends or family sat together enjoy the experience put the word round they did chance they'll return encourage others to try it. I'm same if I'm not enjoying the match day experience I either move seats which I did 3 times last season ok now with seats we've got or don't go which would be the last resort for me.
