When Conway was binned and the Investor Group aligned themselves to Parekh he gained control (with Crynes shares)

Parekh has since been buying up bits of shares as they became available. The final step is to buy up Lee's and Conway/ Hung's remaining shares. Parekh would need to be very careful if he brings in a completely new investor on the scene to buy the remaining 20% but that is a possibility
Exactly SB. That's how his strategy has played out. And like you say, he's so far put in what he could likely get back. It will be interesting to see what happens when Conway and Lee inevitably leave. My gut feel is that Parekh wants sole control; I don't get the impression that another investor is planned. Interesting to see it play out.
