Before my time, but I believe the first person to question the JF Kennedy sole lone nut job shooter narrative on British TV was James Bond actor George Lazenby on "The Simon Dee Show" in February 1970 after Dee had transferred from BBC Saturday tea-times to a late Sunday night ITV slot. That 1970 interview is said to be at least partly responsible for ending Simon Dee's career ("cancelled" in today's parlance) such was the outrage felt by Dee's TV bosses for allowing Lazenby to continue with his theory. Ironically, Dee's other guest that night was none other than John Lennon! The tape has long since been wiped, sadly, though Lennon's separate section was recorded on a domestic VCR.
