As has been pointed out very few cars or buses will actually look to access the proposed stadium car park as it only has planned space for around 350 vehicles. Most home fans will find better places to park on the street nearby, where there will be ample for everyone, and many will walk or get a bus. Most away fans will also learn in time that parking on the local streets will be a much better option.
How many Xplore Dundee bus routes and buses per hour on a Saturday go near the new stadium compared to Dens Park.
The first wet day with heavy rain will decimate the attendance as spectators will not be prepared to get soaked walking a long distance to reach the new stadium at Campy Nou.
