Again I have nothing personal against Steven Gunn but I dont think he has done a particularly good job and shouldnt be above criticism because he is a nice guy.

I dont know Glass,Goodwin,Robson or Thelin but the majority of them seem like decent people,it hasnt stopped people from criticising them though.
Fair enough, so maybe my point about this actual position being "above his calling" is pretty much on the mark as well. Bt he should have also known that and turned it down, as it has proved to be too much for him and in all fairness it has turned out he wisna very good at it.
Would still be fkn delighted if he managed to take Burrows with him
