Dave Richards first instinct is to hold on to the ball, take his time, then kick it from about a yard outside his box, I've rarely seen him take a quick throw, even when apparently obvious. Saying that, maybe that's part of the reason we have been a little more solid, lets us set our shape like when Walton was here, look how ineffective we can be passing out from the back from goal kicks through the midfield sometimes. He has a decent punt on him too. Maybe, as is looking increasingly likely, in large part due to our goalkeepers, we are going to finish bottom 6, we can give the young lad a shot if top 6 is gone and relegation not a threat. Dave is def not a long term no1.

Get an experienced player/coach keeper....saves a salary and fixes the problem!

I actually think Richards is fine and the statement about it is fair enough. It's very far removed from the position we were in with we had the nutter from Oz.

He's fine yes, if you are willing to accept fairly regular errors

I will think would be wiser to look for better this window

He's nowhere near in the ****ey level of releghitti, or stillie or bullock or szromnik etc

Getting coached by Mathers though. Is he at the level of Hinchcliffe coaching seeing how Mitov has gone from good to absolute dug sh!te.

Not sure about Mathers but no idea how hinchcliffe keeps getting gig after gig with no obvious sign he's doing a good job, what keeper has improved wherever he's been?

    Kucharenko started for Panetilikos today!

They got beat 3-0?..seems about right. To be fair it was PAOK!

We need a GK?.Richards is ok but he?s not and shouldn?t be a starter if we have top 6 aspirations!

Agree, he's not a keeper you're going to get into the top six with or to Hampden with, I hope in the background we are exploring options for a first choice
