    Hopefully an upgrade on Trap.

They didnt have a good word to say about Watters either, but he started off okay, albeit tapered off probably due to injury lay off.

One of the comments by them, is lots of graft but no quality. Quality is subjective, but sounds more like a Goodwinesque type player. I think he is predominately a left sided player, so we will play him on the right side, to fulfil the inverted player mantra!

I think he is more likely a replacement for Dolcek, despite Goodwin saying that he is going nowhere. Dolcek i believe played in the right position i.e. left side, is a good player, we can argue about work rate etc. but occasionally you just need that 'luxury' player who has probably got that little bit of guile and individuality (Fatah is another), who can imho played in the right position fire the team into positive action.

If i remember correctly it was one poster who posted on here regarding Watters, this player has got half their board saying good riddance. The most telling post was the one saying right lets sign a football player now.

However I'd like to put the point that Watters at the start of the season was doing what he was signed to do which was to score goals. Then he gets played at Rugby Park on that sh!te surface and is out for a long time. He isn't match fit and yet we see a different side to him. Take Camara for instance great player, out injured, not the same player. Match fit nope. Yet we know what he can offer.

I think a lot of the problems facing United are self inflicted. We have a manager who doesn't seem to understand that players need to be match fit to be at their best. Our medical team are better off treating the dead that's how good they are imo and they would still be looking for signs of life.

Another thing when United signed Camara we got him from a relatively small team. I couldn't care less where a player comes from. If he can do a job and win us games, he'll do for me.

We have all see it when players just aren?t the right fit for a team. He seems to have done well at shamrock. Here?s hoping. On saying that we need JG to okay to his strengths and none of this moving him here there and everywhere because he classed as a versatile player.

As for watters. I think he can do a job for us but he is a player that I think is being played out of position at the moment. IMO he is a box player. That?s were we got the best out of him at the start of the season. He doesn?t hang about and tries to get a shot off at the first opportunity. Now I feel we are looking to him to play deeper and sometimes looks like a number 10.

I?m sure some Wrexham fans panned Dalby when he came to us too. So you never know.

A few Barnsley fans said- Get used to him being on the treatment table more than the pitch. And guess what? Yep, injured and out more than fit.

Camara? Great player but now we’re seeing why he was at smaller clubs—injury prone.

Something stinks with our injury situations and has done for a long long time. It’s well past just bad luck.
