Wish him all the best. He has been a good solid player for us over the years.

    Good luck to him.
I suspect it has been on the cards for some time, given our recent transfer interest.
Serious question..does he carry the yellow cards to the new club ?

As in Miley?s song - Party in the USA - there will be some party in the US - four million in Patels pocket for a poor player and a big salary off the payroll.

    Party in the USA 🇺🇸

Do not see an obvious replacement at present. Hope that we have a potential one in mind. Has been a decent servant to this club over the years.

Weve effectively lost our whole right hand side in one day. Bit of a headache for Mason.

Nestor's statement at the beginning of the summer made it pretty clear that we could expect to lose some of our better players due to PSR and having some leave due to contracts ending and then the Heggem sale, I guess quite a few us hoped that that would give us enough elbow room to hold on to Fellows.

The club has already proven with the loss of Heggem that they can recruit pretty effectively to replace that loss. I'm sure they wouldn't sanction the further loss of either Tom or Darnell unless they had similar replacement targets in mind. Whether we can actually land them and of what quality they may be are the moot-and rather worrying-questions at the moment.

I wish Darnell all the best at his new club and I'm sure he will settle in with so many familiar faces there!

Absolutely. I think all of our goals will have to come from the left flank for a while.
