Why do the Jan signings need a new coach I mean thry dont have the skillsets so no manager is changing that

Jan signings need a new coach because many thought that SM was not up to getting the best out of the squad. Therefore we need to give them a chance with the new coach before we can make a true judgement.

I'm sure most will give everybody a chance but come on, we aren't some team struggling on 2/3/5k fans at home games. We have plenty of sponsorship fans buying new shirts every season. We aren't an Accrington Harrogate or Bromley. You pick up a gem once in a blue moon. We've had ours. We now need season pros that know L2 & not band aid signings

Not going to agree or disagree as points are valid but we cannot judge until we know the full picture. These are still early closed season days, I agree there are no obvious stellar signings but lets give them all a chance before judging.

Well I saw them play like everyone else and they werent much good so as I said it might not be Maynard fault but the laptop nerds decision.

We dont have a head coach and 4 have signed alreaady so there is a chance the new guy not rate some of them.

I guess we have to see who else is signed but so far its not great is it.

Just been speaking to a york friend of mine.He sees around half their games a year and says our signing does have skill but at national league is a bit player and disappears in games .Nobody he has spoken to is sorry to see him go.OMG

Does seem an odd one and especially so early on. He?s clearly had a very good season for Kiddy but obviously a couple of leagues below. Then again similar to Langstaff I don?t think any York fans rated him that much but this has to go down as probably the most left field I?ve seen from the bros.

Not so much turn on them, but if we have a moderate season I think the almost universal belief in 'the project' from supporters will gradually erode. It will be hard for them to tell us that they are building for the future (which they obviously are) if the present is pretty sh!t.

He was head of recruitment the season Orient got relegated from the Football League. Signed players who couldn’t speak a word of English & they clearly didn’t give a toss about playing for the club, with excessive wages for their “efforts” in the process.

Exactly its scary yet if it goes wrong he wont get the blame.

I have no idea what we are doing about head coach and it seems the club doesnt either.

People have been saying we knew in Feb we'd sack SM I strongly doubt that is true othrwise we'd have somebody in by now.

I hope im wrong but its shaping up to be somebody leftfield or aka another punt.
