He subs off at around 70 min, Ayling, who was having one of his better games with Rasmus Kristensen, who almost immediately gets beaten all ends up. And again 2 min later. He also subs off gnonto, who was the only leeds player who appeared to be able to run at the Newcastle defence for Summerville. Why not try to play them both? They have combined well for goals. Its baffling.

Two hard games mate, two totally ways to play them. It seems we played hard against N U and also agains City, we were chasing the ball both games, not pretty and easy to pick apart our weaknesses (including the manager). 70 min we were probably getting tired and tiredness becomes injuries. A gamble. I don’t mind gambles if they pay off. We have games now thick and fast…btw both games played in inclement weather (not a excuse).
N U game was to get a point at best, steal 3 even better, that time of game, keep running you bollox off and don’t let them score. Just my opinion. We did both.
