I don't care all that much - that's for LW and his team of physios and coaches, and the 6 weeks of pre-season, to take care of. I've been saying all along that as fans it'd be weird (nice word) to want to get involved and want too much of a say on minor matters of internal team discipline. It's games like Boreham Wood, Wembley promotions, 107pts and fantastic play on the pitch that should be at the forefront of our minds.

It'd be a strange fan indeed who had forgotten about AB's 25yarder and 97th minute lifesaver and was banging on about a few points of BMI on June 25th. The physio can do that but I'd rather focus on the better things.
I’m sure you don’t mean to but it reads like because Baldwin had a good season and rescued us against B.Wood that all that is happening now is/can be forgiven. If it is true that he came back out of shape and his lack of fitness/sharpness/awareness is costing us in games this season then it can’t be argued that it is acceptable in any way.

It can be asked to remember how good he can be and not to jump on his back straight away….but nobody is doing that. It’s just being suggested that coming back out of shape and not ready for training is just not professional enough for who we are and what the club want to achieve. It’s nothing to do with forgetting what he did last year.

This is, of course, if he even did come back out of shape! I have the feeling LW has protected him in public somewhat.
