Can I just add my two pennorth to your question please Lol?
I often see comments suggesting that TS "runs our club brilliantly" but think that is a much too limited view.
There is no doubt that he runs the financial aspects of the club exceptionally well and that we just about live within our means because of the generous support via his other business. It has often been said that the club would have gone under without TS's prudent guidance and I have no issue with that from a financial point of view.
However, where I think we are severely lacking is that we are essentially a one man band surrounded by a number of senior people who seem extremely comfortable in their jobs but appear to have zero influence in driving change.
So much of what goes on behind the scenes comes across as amateurish, lethargic and old fashioned and I fear that is a significant hindrance to achieving the radical restructuring of the club that MT said he was brought in to do. He never stood a chance and neither will anyone else
Yes we may get a new manager who may win a few more games, he may even keep us in the Championship but in reality nothing will have changed. The same inertia and problems will still be there and it's not all because of the size of the budget.
